Change/Cancellation Policies

Cancellation within seven (7) days of arrival (Apr 16 to Dec 15) and twenty-one (21) days of
  arrival (Dec 16 to Apr 15) will incur a 50% charge.

• No shows, short stays, early departures or arrivals will incur a full stay penalty.

Fun Holiday Hotel Policies

All rates are published per room per night based on double occupancy
This is an all-inclusive hotel. The All Inclusive plan does not include lobster or shrimp menu items or
   imported top shelf liquors. 

Airport transfers, laundry, phone charges, salon, spa services, weddings, babysitting, photos, tours or
  other transportation are not included with this hotel. Check for a TropicLink Free AirportTransfer
  (may be restricted by a minimum nights stay).
Checkin Time: 3:00pm/ Checkout Time:12:00 am (local time) 
Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms and in air-conditioned sections of the hotel.
 Tropic Link will pass along to the guest all change or cancellation fees they receive directly from the 
   hotels or airlines.
 Hotel reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged the full price when you complete our 
  reservation. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. The  
  reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to your credit card  by the hotel upon check-out. 
  Examples include parking,  phone calls, spas, tours and room service.
Any changes to your reservation may result in hotel fees up to the full cost of your stay.  See your
  hotel change/cancellation policies. Do not call the hotel directly to make changes or cancel  this 
  reservation, as their agents will not be able to change or issue refunds for these specially negotiated 
 Unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out are

Guests must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel 
  policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must present a photo ID at check in. 
  You may be required to present a valid credit (not debit) card or cash deposit at check in for   incidentals.
If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call the local number in Jamaica 876-582-6135   or USA number 484-202-8086 immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem. 
  Tropic Link will not be responsible for any modifications that you make to your trip without our   assistance.
Bed types, smoking preference, and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability.
