Change/Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation 5 days or more prior to arrival is no penalty.
Cancellation within 5 days of arrival is one (1) night penalty (except promotions are nonrefundable).
No Shows and short stays incur a full stay penalty and no refund for unused nights.
 
Hotel Restrictions

• Rates are per room based on standard occupancy for that room and do not include service charge 
  and local taxes.
• Breakfast only is included.
Airport transfers, laundry, phone charges, salon, spa services, weddings, babysitting, photos, tours or
  other transportation are not included with this hotel. Check for a TropicLink Free AirportTransfer
  and/or Free Highlight tour promotion (may be restricted by a minimum nights stay).
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon. AMEX, MasterCard and Visa are 
  accepted. At check-in clients will be asked to leave a cash deposit or signed credit card slip.A security
  deposit of US$100.00 is collected from guests on arrival. This can be on an open credit 
  card or cash and is refunded on check-out assuming there is no damage or loss in the villa or room.
• Tropic Link will pass along to the guest all change or cancellation fees they receive directly from the
  hotels or airlines.
• Hotel reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged the full price when you complete our
  reservation. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. The 
  reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
• Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to your credit card  by the hotel upon check-out.
  Examples include parking,  phone calls, spas, tours and room service.
• Any changes to your reservation may result in hotel fees up to the full cost of your stay. See your
  hotel change/cancellation policies. Do not call the hotel directly to make changes or cancel  this
  reservation, as their agents will not be able to change or issue refunds for these specially negotiated
  rates.
• Unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out are
  non-refundable.

• Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel
  policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must present a photo ID at check in.
  You may be required to present a valid credit (not debit) card or cash deposit at check in for 
  incidentals.
If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call the local number in Jamaica 876-582-6135   or USA number 484-202-8086 immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem.   Tropic Link will not be responsible for any modifications that you make to your trip without our   assistance.

Tropic Link, Inc. strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip and yourself while traveling.

Tropic Link, Inc. and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or persons performing these services.

Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to “force majeure” or Acts of God such as sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or any other causes.
