Redemption Instructions for Airport Services 
  • Have You Received all Your Documents? In the event you don't receive a Receipt, Voucher and Courtesy Letter call TropicLink at least 24 hours in advance of your service date.
  • Print Your Voucher: Once your booking is complete printout your emailed voucher.
  • Review Your Voucher: Your voucher includes redemption information and airport directions.
  • Present your Voucher: Present your voucher to a TropicLink agent at the airport.
  • Confirm Your Hotel Pickup Time: Call your carrier locally for your hotel pickup time (unless provided to you by TropicLink or carrirer). TropicLink provides advanced pickup times in selected destinations as a courtesy.
Terms and Conditions
  • Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services at time of booking.
  • Your booking is subject to the Change/Cancellation Policies below.
  • Your voucher can be redeemed only once.
  • TropicLink allows "Same Day transfers" or "transfers with less than 24 hrs notice" but recommends that customers first check on availability and their options by calling TropicLink in US 1-484-202-8086. TropicLink does its best to confirm transfers but for transfers with less than 24 hrs. notice will not be responsible for delayed, missed or unavailable transfers. If we are unable to confirm an arrival transfer we will refund it. If a roundtrip is booked and the arrival transfer is unavailable we will confirm the departure transfer unless cancelled by the customer. Cancellations are refundable with 24 hrs notice as per TropicLink policies.
Cancellation/Reschedules/Change & Delay Policies
  • Bookings cancelled by the customer at any time greater than or equal to 24 hours from date and time of transfer will receive a full refund. 
  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours from date and time of transfer are non-refundable except under certain extenuating circumstances approved by TropicLink such as flight cancellations, medical or weather related emergencies may be refunded. No Shows and cancellations made after the driver is dispatched are nonrefundable.
  • A rescheduled transfer made by customer with greater than or equal to 24 hrs notice from date and time of transfer is free of charge. 
  • If TropicLink is unable to reschedule a transfer made by customer with less than 24 hrs. notice the transfer will be nonrefundable (except for extenuating circumstances such as missed connecting flights due to weather, etc. as approved by TropicLink). 
  • A rescheduled transfer made by customer after the driver has been dispatched will be an additional cost of a new transfer. 
  • General changes such as hotel, number of people etc. with less than 24 hrs notice of pickup time & date cannot be guaranteed by TropicLink.
  • Customers must speak to a representive from TropicLink or their carrier for any extended delays (more than 2 hrs) or risk loosing their transfer.  
  • TropicLink's suppliers have the right to charge the customer directly for any services over and above the scope of customer's booking. For instance there can be an extra charge if the customer is staying in an area further away than was booked, there are more persons than are shown on the reservation, customer brings an infant seat (child not lapped) and takes up a passenger space that is charged by the supplier, or customer brings more bags than is allowed as specified on the booking. Other cases may apply. Customers should call TropicLink if uncertain of any additional charges.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to inform TropicLink during normal business hours  (9 am to 4 pm) of any changes or flight updates/delays to the original itinerary to prevent missed transfers which are non-refundable. Should you have any updates/changes/queries please contact TropicLink at 484-202-8086 or by email at If unable to contact TropicLink you must call your carrier. 
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate flight and hotel information to prevent missed transfers which are nonrefundable.
  • No Shows due to customer not going to their correct meeting point as specified by their voucher is nonrefundable.
  • TropicLink will not be responsible to reimburse a customer's missed departure flight for any reason. If the customer is delayed or misses their departure transfer it is the customer's responsibility to find alternate means to the airport such as a taxi and not miss their flight. TropicLink will refund the cost of customer's transfer with TropicLink if TropicLink determines it is responsible.
